We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wine Folly purchase, whether it's a tasting mat or an educational poster. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that posters are rolled correctly and tools are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
